ROMPAP represents the Employers’ Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry, i.e. all producers of pulp, toilet paper, packaging paper, corrugated board and corrugated board packaging.
It is a member of two European confederations, namely the European Confederation of the Paper Industry – CEPI and the European Federation of Corrugated Board Manufacturers – FEFCO.
ROMPAP’s role is to monitor domestic legislation and actions being taken by state authorities and institutions in the areas of industrial policy, forestry, environment, collection and recycling of waste, promotion of corrugated board packaging and to initiate actions to correct legislative provisions that are contrary to the interests of the industry and even European legislation.
